1 chicken, ½ olive oil glass, 500gr tomatoes, 2 sweet peppers, 1 onion, salt and pepper Cut the chicken and let it golden in a pan together with oil and diced onion, season with salt and pepper and add the peeled tomatoes previously cut into pieces. Roast the peppers on a hot plate, cut into stripes and clean them, than cook them together with a little bit of oil covered with a lid on a low flame. When it is ready, add this mix to the chicken and let it flavour, after 10 minutes serve it still hot. |
