Ciabatta

250gr of zucchini, 250gr potatoes, 250gr celery, 250gr carrots, 250gr tomatoes, 2 onions, 250gr sweet peppers, 250gr green beans, 4 leaves of basil, olive oil, chilly pepper, salt

Wash, clean and cut into pieces the vegetables. Stir fry the vegetables with olive oil and onion, a piece of chilly pepper ad the leaves of basil. Add the salt according to your taste.
Cover the saucepan and let it cook about 40 minutes long on a low flame.
