Zuppa di lenticchie - Lentils soup

500gr lentils, 200gr smoked bacon, 1 onion, celery, carrot, oil, a stock cube, pepper

Dip the lentils 12 hours before using them. Stir fry the onion, the celery and the carrot and add the diced smoked bacon. At this point add the lentils, the water (1 part of lentils and 3 of water) and a stock cube.
Let cook in a pressure cooker about 5 minutes long starting from the moment it begins to whistle. If you use dried lentils you have to use 4-5 parts of water each part of lentils and you have to cook them 15 minutes.
Season with oil and pepper.
