Li cumberzejune

500gr of flour, 3 eggs, 170gr sugar, 250gr milk, ½ oil glass, lemon grated rind, aniseeds and grind cinnamon, 10gr of ammonia

Beat the eggs in a bowl together with the sugar. Add ½ glass of oil, the milk and the flour. When you get a creamy dough add the lemon rind, the aniseed, the cinnamon and the ammonia.
Put the sweets on a floured oven plate. Cook the sweets in hot oven till when they are golden and have a crispy surface.
