1kg of fish according to this list: cod, red mullets, soles, smooth hound, skate, squids or cuttlefishes, rock fishes, lobsters, squill fish, 800gr of tomatoes, 250gr olive oil, ½ long and thin pepper, 2 cloves of garlic and parsley chopped and mixed together, salt. Cook the tomatoes together with the vegetables and add gradually the different kinds of fish starting from the shellfish (except the lobsters) and the mussels (except the little squids that have to be added only at the end). Then add the medium – hard fishes (angler fish and skate) and, at the end, the cods and the mullets. It has to be cooked 15 minutes long in a saucepan covered with a lid; you haven't to move the fishes. |
