Agnello cacio e uova - Lamb with cheese and eggs

1 lamb leg, 4 eggs, 1 dry white wine glass, pecorino, olive oil, breadcrumbs, 1 lemon, garlic, pepper, rosemary and salt

Bone the lamb leg, cut it and cook it together with garlic and rosemary, add a little bit of white wine.

Take the rosemary away and beat the eggs together with grated pecorino, the juice of 1 lemon and salt.
Pour the prepared mix over the lamb and it will be ready when the eggs are thickened.
