Capra alla neretese

1kg of goat, 700gr of tomatoes, 700gr of red peppers, 1 olive oil glass, 1 onion, 1 celery, 2 cloves, the rind of 1/2 lemon, water

Cook the meat after having stir fried the onion, the oil, the cloves and the rind of ½ lemon add water so that the meat is half ready after 1 ½ hours.
Add the tomatoes cut into pieces together with water and let it continue to cook 1 ½ hours long, when it is quite ready add the peppers that you have fried previously apart and let the flavour mix together for some minutes.
