Goat cooked in the earthenware

about 1 kg of goat, 3 potatoes, 1 big onion, 300gr of scalded and peeled tomatoes, celery, pecorino cheese, oil, salt and pepper

Cut the goat and cook it 15 minutes long with water and oil. Dice finely the onion and add it to the celery. Put the goat's pieces in an earthenware pan, the diced onion, the grated celery, the potatoes, the tomatoes, oli and pepper and let it cook 40 minutes long.
Finally add pecorino cheese and serve.
