500gr of cod, 500gr of tomatoes, white flour, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, vinegar, ginger cut the cod that you have already wet, fry it after having rolled it into the flour. Stir fry the garlic together with the rosemary and add the tomatoes. Let it dry a bit and when all is ready, add a glass of vinegar and let it boil for 5-6 minutes. Don't forget to add a little bit of ginger. |
