Lemon cod

600gr of cod, a lemon, thyme, 150gr of broth of fish, salt, pepper, flour, 2 teaspoons of olive oil

Filet the cod, roll them into the flour and stir fry in a pan with a bit of oil, add the rinds of lemon, the thyme, the juice of half a lemon, and the broth of fish.
Add salt and pepper.
