The peasant's lamb

1kg of lamb, ½ kg of potatoes, 1 onion, garlic, parsley, origan, rosemary, olive oil, salt

Put the lamb's pieces in a earthenware pot. Add the oil, the diced potatoes, the aromatic herbs and a little bit of water. Let it cook in the oven about 2 hours long.
