Pork stew

1kg pieces of loin, 500gr of ripe tomatoes, 2 onions, 50gr of lard, aromatic herbs

Put in a pot  the meat pieces together with the onions cut in quarters and stir fry together with the lard. Add the tomatoes cut into pieces, add salt, pepper and the aromatic herbs.
Let it cook about 1 ½ hours long.
