Cavatelli with turnip-heads

400gr wheat flour, 1kg turnip, garlic, chilly pepper, olive oil, salt

Knead the flour together with salt and warm water till you get a smooth and soft dough. Make some long cylinders using the dough and cut them in pieces long as much as a finger. Flatten using your fingers dragging along towards you, so that you will get the gnocchetti.

Cook the turnip-heads in salted boiling water. Stir fry in a pan the oil together with garlic, chilly pepper and add the turnip-heads and let them take the flavours for some instants. Drain the cavatelli and stir all together.
