The sea cooking

Molise overlooks the Adriatic sea with a plane and sandy beach, there you will find towns as Petaccio, Termoli and Campomarino made up of little and characteristic roads that, during the summer, are full of tourists.

The cooking of this area is based on fish. Prawns, mullets, mussels, and clams are the main ingredients used to prepare the main dishes of this region such as risotto and soups.
