On the Appenine of the Molise you can find numerous little towns rich of history, traditions and culture. Those are very suggestive towns, thanks to their dislocation in an area rich of legends. In these territories' cooking dominates the sausages too and also the pork and lamb meat according to ancient traditions. Also cakes and sweetmeats in general play an important role, those are mainly cooked in wood-burning ovens using walnuts and marmalades. |
