Campobasso Tagliolini

300gr of tagliolini, 80gr Parma ham cut in stripes, 1 onion finely diced, 1 bunch of parsley, oil, salt and pepper

Put the oil, a dash of chilly pepper powder and the onion in a pan. Let cook until the onion begins to fade, stir frequently with a wooden spoon. Add the ham and let it become just warm. Pour some tablespoon of the water used to cook the pasta in the pan, add the parsley chopped with a dash of salt and fresh pepper.
Put together the pasta with the seasoning and serve.
