1kg prawns, 3 garlic cloves, ¼ onion, parsley, 1 green pepper, 1 cognac glass Put in a sauce pan onion, basil, parsley, the green pepper and olive oil, stir fry all these ingredients together with the prawns previously washed. When the prawns are red, add the cognac glass and a water glass. Let it cook 15 minutes long. |
