N'gorda mullets
Fresh mullets, stuffing made of breadcrumbs and oil

Prepare the stuffing two hours before to use it. Stuff the mullets and put them in a baking-pan.
Put the baking-pan in the oven, taking care of the cooking and that the stuffing doesn't dry.
