Spaghetti with anchovies

400gr spaghetti, 200gr fresh and boned anchovies, 300gr peeled tomatoes, garlic, chopped parsley, extra-vergine olive oil. Salt

Stir fry in a pan the garlic with oil, add the peeled tomatoes. Let the sauce cook about 15 minutes long, add the basil and the anchovies. Cook spaghetti and pour them in the pan with the sauce and let them cook together a little bit.
Add the chopped parsley before serving.
