Pork salad

2ears and 2 feet of pork, 1 glass of olive oil, white celery, salt

Cut the pork pieces and boil them 2 hours long in water and oil.
When they are well cooked, dice them, put them on a serve plate.
Season them, when they are still warm, with chopped garlic, diced celery, lemon juice, oil and pepper if you want.
