Molise goat

1kg of goat meat, 1 litre red wine, 500gr tomatoes, 1 onion

Cut the meat in little pieces and let it marinate one night long in wine together with sage, bay and rosemary.
Stir fry the onion, add the meat after having dripped and pat dry it, add the tomatoes (it's better if they are ripe).
Cook it till when the meat is ready and the sauce is dense.
