preparazione :
versare in una ciotola di media grandezza i cereali, intanto far sciogliere a bagno maria la nutella, unire il latte quanto basta per far rendere morbido l'impasto, e poi unire la cioccolata e i biscotti, mescolate il tutto e regolate la consistenza dellìimpasto con l'aggiunta di cereali...

raggiunto l'impasto voluto...si prepara un fondo di cereali tritati per passare il composto a forma di salame, e prepararlo per poi avvolgerlo in pellicola trasparente per 15 min in frezeer...come di seguito:

una volta indurito...togliere la pellicola trasparente e metterlo nel vassoio desiderato...montata la panna con un pennellino cospargere di panna il salame..e far riposare per 4 min in frezeer...poi decorarlo a piacimento e metterlo in frigo fino al momento di servirlo:
