Un'altro rolle' di vitello ;) ,per 4 persone una bella fetta di vitello,qualcosa più di un kg, aperta e spianata col batticarne in modo che sia di spessore omogeneo.

Servite caldo,bagnato col suo sughetto e accompagnando con patate a spicchi,passate in forno sale,pepe,olio ,cipolla e un pò di salsa di pomodoro.
