INGREDIENTI:

verza, mortadella, sottilette, patate, sale e pepe.
PREPARAZIONE:
1) Lessate le patate, scolatele (consiglio: non buttate l'acqua perchè ci servirà per sbollentare le foglie di verza!!), schiacciatele, salate e pepate.
2) sfogliate la verza

3) sbollentate le singole foglie affinchè diventino morbide

4) asciugate le foglie lessate e tagliate via la costola

5) coprite con la mortadella

6) ... poi con la sottiletta...

7) ... col purè di patate...

8) ...aggiustate di sale e pepe ed aggiungete dell'altra sottiletta
