Potato and zucchini pie
Serves 8
Ingredients 500 g minced meat (beef or mixed)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 small onion,
1 small carrot,
a few bay leaves
6 large potatoes
, 3 courgettes
salt
100 ml milk
1 / 2 glass of white wine
Let boil the potatoes in a saucepan with water (25 minutes) Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into thin slices in a pan put a tablespoon of oil and 5 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook zucchini cut. Prepare the ragu 'minced meat with the onion, carrot, then pour the mixture in a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of oil for browning. Put the minced meat and turn with a spoon, then pour the white wine and cook uncovered.
