Hi!!
Piadina is a typical Italian bread without yeast
You need flour and butter and a few salt
If you want it more light, change butter with yougurt.
I put here the traditional and light recipes
Traditional:400 g of wheat flour weak "0"
80 g of butter
110 ml of warm water
15 g of salt (about one heaping tablespoon)
Put the flour on cutting board, just the fountain.
At the center of the fountain add the butter salt and a glass of water. Knead by hand and pour the other hand water until dough is firm. Get a handful of flour and knead to finish.
Form the dough into balls. Wrap in plastic wrap.
Let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Take it out of the fridge and let stand for 30 minutes.
With a rolling pin thin helping you stretch your tortillas with a little 'flour
Then cook each one into a hot plate (the same you use for eggs!!)
The light recipe
400 g flour
100 g yougurt
120 ml warm milk
You can add ham, cheese....what you like!!!170755
