Main course:
3 potatoes,
2 large tomatoes,
sliced onion,
3 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 teaspoon salt
Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into thin slices, put them in a pan and add onion slices, oil and salt and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring with a spoon and then reduce the heat, let cook for 30 minutes .
Add mozzarella slices and a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese 5 minutes before it is finishing cooking
If you like, you can add 3 slices of bread;)
One serving gives you '180 kcal.
