Sempre per due crostoni,due scalogni affettatai sottili,e ammorbiditi in poco olio ,sale e se vedete che fanno fatica ad appassire e tendono nonostante la fiamma al minimo a colorire unite poca acqua,da aggiunger man mano fin quasi a ridurre a crema lo scalogno.
