per 8 persone:
100g mandorle
100g zucchero a velo
200g burro morbido
2 cucchiai rum
400g sfoglia
2 uova + 1 per spennellare

riduciamo in farina le mandorle e uniamo lo zucchero e il burro
morbido a tocchetti

uniamo 2 uova intere,il rum e con le fruste impastiamo
fino ad avere una crema che lasceremo riposare in frigo

prendiamo il panetto di sfoglia,lo stendiamo con il matterello e ricaviamo
due cerchi di 30 cm circa.mettiamo un cerchio sulla placca del forno
e spennelliamo d'uovo

e poniamo nel centro la crema,copriamo con l'altro disco,spennelliamo e facciamo aderire bene i bordi...con un cortelliamo incidiamo dei motivi sul bordo e sopra il disco dal vertice fino alla base

mettiamo in forno a 250° per 20 min,poi spolveriamo di zucchero a velo e facciamo caramellare in forno 10 min

si,si,è davvero buona:p: ...unico accorgimento bisognerebbe usare del burro "insapore",quello classico da pasticceria adatto proprio alle creme:D ;)
