Tre porri
Due barattoli di fagioli bianchi di spagna
Pepe rosa fresco (due cucchiai)
Brodo
Un bicchiere di latte
Un cucchiaio di fecola
Prezzemolo tritato
200 gr di strozzapreti


Accertarsi prima di iniziare che la gatta lasci stare....lo zampino!

Far rosolare lo zampino e cuocerlo almeno una mezz’ora perché rilasci del grasso e si ammorbidisca (per chi vuole mangiarne un pezzo)

Tagliare a fettine sottili tre porri, togliere lo zampino dalla casseruola, e nel fondo lasciato insaporire i porri infarinati con la fecola.

Aggiungere un bicchiere di latte caldo, del dado vegetale e del brodo.

Schiacciare con un batticarne il pepe rosa

E aggiungerlo ai porri

Aggiungervi gli zampini e dopo venti minuti di cottura, frullare (grossolanamente) il tutto (tranne gli zampini!)

Salare, pepare, e aggiungere la pasta
