8 carciofi (LE MAMME- SONO QUELLE GROSSE)
150gr ricotta
125gr fontina
1 uovo
1 mozzarella
2 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato
sale pepe q.b.
pangrattato q.b
pulire i carciofi fino a trovare la parte tenera poi vanno puliti spuntati e tagliati i gambi quasi fino all'estremita'
