Dato che mi sono ritrovata in casa mezzo chilo di more :cool:, colte e donate dalla mia mamma (:-*, invece di ingurgitarmele tutte così, nude e crude :rolleyes:, ho deciso di fare la crostata di more :p:. Questo è il risultato! :)

Crostata di more [gluten free]
Ingredienti:
500 g di more
100 g di zucchero
40 g di nocciole [80 g]
un uovo
6 cucchiai di panna [3 cucchiai]
5 foglie di menta [qualche foglia]
pastafrolla senza glutine [una confezione di pasta frolla surgelata]
Preparazione:
Mondate e lavate bene le more, quindi asciugatele e mettetele a cuocere in un pentolino con lo zucchero e qualche fogliolina di menta possibilmente appena colta.

Foderate con la pasta frolla una tortiera ben imburrata (io ho usato uno stampo da crostata da 28),

cospargetene il fondo con le nocciole tritate molto finemente

e riempitela con le more cotte.

unirvi la panna liquida

Infornate a 180 gradi per 40 minuti circa.
