semplicissimo e molto profumato
ingredienti:
carote
zucchero
panna
bacche di cardamomo
per guarnire:
a piacere: anacardi o arachidi o pistacchi
uvetta ammollata e strizzata
bacche di cardamomo tritate (solo l'interno, non la buccia)
le proporzioni per gli ingredienti:
per peso carote: 50% zucchero (al massimo, ma secondo me č troppo dolce, massimo direi 1/3), 25% peso carote di panna
esempio:
1 kg carote
300-500 gr zucchero
250 gr panna
per le bacche di cardamomo 1 ogni 300 gr carote
