questi dolcetti hanno accompagnato praticamente tutte le nostre cene all'università...
ingredienti:
250 gr farina
200 gr zucchero
1 uovo
50 gr burro fuso
150 gr latte (1 bicchiere) per l'impasto, più altro per sciogliere il cioccolato
1/2-1 cucchiaio di miele
1/2 bustina di lievito per dolci
cioccolata fondente qb
cocco grattugiato qb

prepararsi il burro fuso e farlo raffreddare

mettere in una tortiera (meglio sarebbe quadrata, ma non è un problema, infatti anche io l'ho usata tonda :D)

infornare a 190°-200° per 20' (fare sempre comunque la prova stecchino)

appena possibile (quando è freddato un pò) sformare e far freddare su una griglia

quando è ben freddo tagliare a cubetti

sciogliere il cioccolato con del latte (tanto quanto basta a rendere il composto più morbido e in modo da immergervi comodamente dopo i pezzetti di dolce)
