ho sperimentato un nuovo tipo di cottura per le solite bistecche (cucinate di fretta al ritorno dal lavoro............ :'-()

sgelare sei cubetti di spinaci con sale, olio, pepe e pochissimo olio
(in tutto 10 minuti)
