ingredienti
400 g passata di pomodoro
250g borlotti lessati
75 g emmental
50g ricotta
3 uova
panna da cucina
sale pepe olio e aglio

cuocere la passata di pomodoro per circa 10 min con olio sale e aglio grattuggiato
in una terrina sbattere un uovo unire 2 cucchiai di panna salare e pepare
versare la passata di pomodoro mescolare

cuocere in forno a bagnomaria 15 min a 150°


in una terrina sbattere un uovo unire 2 cucchiai di panna
sale e pepe
unire l'emmental grattugiato e la ricotta
prelevare lo stampo dal forno versare il composto
rimettere in forno far cuocere altri 15 min a 150°

rimettere in forno e far cuocere 20 min a 150°
