ricetta di nonna Giuliana, la mamma di una mia collega (:-*
ingredienti:
pasta preferibilmente chiocciole rigate
150 gr olive nere (peso snocciolato)
300 gr pelati
1/2 confezione di panna da cucina
1 cipolla
50 gr parmigiano
origano
sale, pepe, olio
queste dosi vanno benissimo per 4 persone

far appassire nell'olio la cipolla tritata

ottima! inconsueta (per me) la preparazione con la cottura della panna e l'aggiunta delle olive in due fasi, devo dire che il risultato finale è incredibile... un equilibrio di sapori veramente splendido!
