200 gr cioccolato fondente
100 gr burro
200 gr latte concentrato
4 uova
25 gr farina

fondere a fuoco bassissimo (o a bagnomaria, come si preferisce) il cioccolato con il burro
far freddare un pò

si otterrà unimpasto molto fluido

mettere l'impasto in una teglia abbastanza grande, non deve venire più alto di un centimetro e mezzo

infornare a 180° per una ventina di minuti (non occorre molto tempo, l'interno resta ovviamente molto umido)
appena sfornato risulterà molto alto, raffreddandosi si abbassa
