Ciao ragazzi guardate ieri ho fatto per san Valentino i cigni.

Ho fatto la pasta bignie con
250 ml. di acqua
100 gr.di burro
Pizzico di sale e zucchero
4 uova
150 gr. di farina
Ho fatto bollire l’acqua con il sale zucchero e burro puoi ho aggiunto la farina setacciata e ho mescolato bene fino quando si stacca da le parete.Far intiepidire e aggiungere le uova uno per volta.
