Ho provatoa fare il TRONCHETTO DI GABITA (http://www.cookaround.com/yabbse1/blog.php?u=23316&blogtype=recent&page=2),Con picola modifica ho usato la CREMA DI LIMONE (http://www.cookaround.com/yabbse1/blog.php?b=10797)con le fragole.
la mia ciocolata che bianca che fondente venuta con i grumi (ce qualcuno sa dirmi perche )-per questo motivo chiamo TRONCONE(il gusto era buono ma il vedere :()

100 g farina
20 g cacao
100 g zucchero
4 uova

500 ml. Di panna fresca.
Vaniglia
Succo di limone e fragole a pezetini messi prima a macerare con lo zucchero ,con lo sciropo otenuto ho bagniato il PDS.
