CRESPELLE ALLA PARMIGIANA
Crespelle salate
Impastare ricotta, erbette o spinaci tritati, formaggio, noce moscata, 1 uovo
Coprire le crespelle con fettina di prosciutto cotto (facoltativo)
Mettere ripieno e chiudere arrotolandole o a fagottino
Mettere uno strato di besciamella in fondo alla teglia
Collocare le crespelle
Ricoprire con besciamella e cuocere in forno
