			<title>Paccheri al ragù di brasciole di vitello</title>

<span style="font-family: Georgia">foglie di prezzemolo q.b.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia"><b>Preparazione:</b></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia">Schiacciare un po’ le fettine di carne con un battitore, quindi al centro di ogni fettina metterci una fettina di prosciutto cotto dell' Asiago  tagliato a pezzettini, prezzemolo, aglio, sale e pepe. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia">Quindi arrotolare le brasciole e legarle con spago da cucina, o in alternativa con degli spiedini. </span><br />

<span style="font-family: Georgia">Aggiungere la passata di pomodoro, salare e coprire. Fare cuocere a fuoco basso, controllando di tanto in tanto che non si attacchi. Negli ultimi 5 minuti di cottura aggiungete il basilico. Prima di servire togliere lo spiedino. </span><br />
