Pochi ingredienti, sapientemente assemblati e  ben presentati fanno dimenticare che quello che abbiamo davanti non è  altro che &quot;semplice&quot; bresaola.<br />

Disporre su alcune fette  di bresaola le melanzane e le zucchine grigliate, sulle prime mettere  la granella di pistacchio e sulle seconde le nocciole. Fare degli  involtini e tagliarli in tre con un coltello molto affilato.<br />

Completare alternando le  zucchine e le melanzane sulle fette rimaste, sulle prime mettere il  pecorino grattato e sulle seconde l'Asiago a scaglie. Fare gli involtini  e tagliarli in tre.<br />
