Yes, 10 a day. It is spring, sunny, warm temperature and my 10 hens have started their job very diligently. So I made gifts, prepared pasta, scrambled, boiled, fried, and sponge cakes as well ... but you know ... every morning there are 10 more. This is a bit of a nightmare !!! Have you anything to suggest me ? For example do you think it would be possible to freeze them ? Please I accept any kind of advice, except to eliminate the ..."cause", of course

10 eggs a day are really toooooo much for me....

you can freeze the egg whites, L'Araba Fenice suggested me this solution when I had too many left; no idea how to handle the rest, but suggest you some more recipies, if you are still interested in cooking eggs....

agree with araba, make a batch of fressh pasta ancd freeze it!! or else you could try making easter eggs (hard boil) and decorate....

Ok, I will make a lot of pasta and then freeze it. Then in the next weeks I'm going to decorate some for the Easter table. Put in a little basket should be nice. Moreover one next each guest's glass with his name on it ... ? Or is it too much ?

All these fresh eggs to be enjoyed... I could live on Tiramisu, Pastiera Napolitana and pure custard, ah, and Spaghetti alla Carbonara with no complaints at all!! (Though probably I need to spend all day in the gym when I am not eating lol... I don't mind too much about that either!!.. )

I agree with the suggestion to sell the eggs (of give for free, for some friends), since 10 eggs per day are really... too much!!!
Consider also that eating 10 eggs per day I suppose could be really dangerous for the Colesterole (is it correct?).
The ony way to freeze them is making pasta, or ravioli as well.
Otherwise some sponge cake for the breakfast; when I do that the cake is finished in two/three days.
Also to prepare a salted cake, with vegetables for example.
You just mix eggs, cream (1 egg with 50 gr of cream), with Parmigiano and the vegetable you prefer (try with asparagus or marrow) and cook all in puff pastry.
But I'm sure that near to you you can find someone that can need to have the eggs.
