pandoro and panettone recipes?

Hi there!
Does someone of you has good recipes for panettone and pandoro...already translated? I know there are good recipes in the forum...I'm just too lazy to translate them . A collegue today asked me if I know one. If not, give me the link of what you think is the best, and I'll translate it... if it's possible without sour dough (is that the right translation for "pasta madre"?)...I know it will be not a "panettone" but you are not gonna tell that to Simili sisters... aren't you? .

the sour dough isn't it the dough you use in making german black bread...the sauer teig?

yes, the "pasta madre" is the sour dough....and there are some panettone recipes without, even though the real panettone should be made with the sour dough
